If it guessed on your behalf you would get a confident answer that happened to be wrong, and you would spend a weekend and a drum of chemicals on it. What to do

Brush the walls and floor — corners and under the steps included — and run the pump continuously for 24 hours. Neither of those can make anything worse, whatever the cause turns out to be.

Take three photographs: the water, shot from the edge looking straight down at the floor; the plant area with the pump and the filter in one frame; and the face of the pressure gauge.
