CONTACT

Talk to us

Three ways to get help, in the order they get answered fastest — and one more for the times we are the problem.

CHANNELS

Ways to reach us

Outside these hours, leave a LINE message anyway. It is read when the office next opens — which is faster than waiting to phone in the morning, because it is already in the queue.

  • Message us on LINE · LINE @jdpools

The fastest channel, and the only one you can send photos and video through. One picture of the water is worth five sentences of description.

  • Call us · 095 902 6555

Best for anything urgent, anything electrical, or a pool that is out of action.

  • Use the form on the main site

For anything that is not urgent — a new installation, or a quotation. This is the real enquiry form on jdpools.com, and it reaches a person.

  • Make a complaint

Work that was not good enough, a technician who did not turn up, anything that is our fault. It is the slowest of the four — but it opens a case with one person's name on it.

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30 ICT

BEFORE YOU CALL

Have these ready before you contact us

These are the six things a technician has to ask anyway. Having them ready turns a fifteen-minute diagnostic call into a three-minute one — and means the right part comes on the first visit, not the second.

  1. The pool model, and its rough size — width, length and deepest point. Volume is the number every calculation starts from.

  2. Roughly when it was built — the year is enough. It tells us whether it is still in warranty, and which generation of equipment is down there.

  3. What the filter's pressure gauge reads right now — and the clean reading too, if you know it.

  4. A photo of the water, taken from the edge looking down at the floor — and a second photo of the plant area showing the pump and filter together.

  5. Whether it is a salt system or hand-dosed, and how many hours a day the pump runs.

  6. What you have already tried, and when. This one matters most — it stops the technician repeating what you have already done.

  • Start the guided troubleshooter

Send us the link of the page you stopped on. It tells us every answer you gave, which skips the whole round of repeat questions.

EMERGENCIES

Emergencies, not service calls

Neither of these waits for opening hours — and the first of them should not start with a call to us at all.

If somebody has been shocked or hurt, do not call us first

Call 1669 now — Thailand's national emergency medical line, free, 24 hours. Then get everyone out of the pool and keep them out, and cut the power if you can do it safely. Tell us afterwards, whenever.

Call 1669

Call us straight away, do not wait

  • A burning smell, smoke or scorch marks at the control box or the pump.
  • The pool circuit's RCD keeps tripping. Nobody swims until this has been checked.
  • The water level is dropping faster than about 2 cm a day without a backwash.
  • Anyone has been hurt, or has felt a shock in or near the pool — call 1669 first, and tell us afterwards.
