COMPLAINT

Make a complaint

If the pool is unusable right now, or it is anything electrical, do not start with this form — message us on LINE or call. A form is the slowest way to reach us.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What happens after you press send

Every complaint gets an answer. How soon depends on our real opening hours, not on a promise of an instant reply.

  1. The next screen gives you a case number straight away. Keep it, and quote it every time you contact us about this.

  2. It opens a case in the team's own work system, with one person's name on it — not a shared inbox nobody owns.

  3. We read it and come back to you in working hours, Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30 ICT. Something sent on a Saturday night is read on Monday morning, not before.

  4. We come back on whatever you put in the “how to reach you” box, and nowhere else. A typo there is a complaint we cannot answer.

YOUR COMPLAINT

Tell us what happened

The fields marked * are the ones we need. Keep it short if you like — if we need more, we will ask.

Whatever we should call you when we get back to you. A first name is fine.

A phone number, a LINE ID or an email — one is enough. This is the only way back to you.

For example, “A technician was booked for Wednesday and nobody came”, or “Fixed three times and the same fault is back”.

If you are not sure, or it is about the service rather than the thing, leave this alone.

When it happened, who came, who you spoke to, and where it is stuck now. Dates and names help us most.

Pressing send takes you straight to your case number. There is no need to press it twice.

SOMETHING ELSE

If what you actually want is the pool working again

This form is for telling us what we got wrong. If it is a symptom at the pool, the two below are more direct and much faster.

STILL NEED HELP

Still not fixed?

Search the whole support centre, or talk to our team. We answer the phone and LINE in working hours, and we can come out to the pool.
