SERVICE AND WARRANTY

Booking a technician

Call 095 902 6555 or message @jdpools on LINE, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30, with the pool's address, its model and what you are seeing.

Our service team is called Pool Pro&Lab and looks after more than a thousand pools nationwide — repairs, scheduled visits and water testing in the lab. The more you can tell us when you call, the better the chance the technician arrives with the right part on the first visit.

Have these five things ready

  • The pool's address and how to find it by road, plus the name and number of whoever will be there on the day.

  • The pool model and roughly what year it went in. If you cannot remember, give us the name it was bought under and we can find it in the installation records.

  • The symptom, how many days it has been going on, and what you have already tried — knowing what has been ruled out halves the diagnosis.

  • Your latest water readings if you have them — at minimum pH and free chlorine.

  • Three photos over LINE: the whole pool, the control box and filter, and a close-up of the problem itself.

Before the technician arrives

  1. Clear access to the plant room and the control box — move planters, bikes or anything stacked over the pit lids.

  2. If the visit is about water quality, add nothing in the 24 hours before it — otherwise the readings will not be the pool's real ones.

  3. Leave the pump running as usual unless we have told you otherwise; the technician needs to see the system working to diagnose it.

  4. Keep dogs and small children away from the work area, and have an adult on site throughout the visit.

  5. Keep your contract or handover paperwork to hand if you think the work might fall under warranty.
